Standout Athletes

Bradley Deboub

Bradley Deboub is a middle school football player and shot putter.  Bradley won the Outstanding Lineman award at a recent football camp at Louisiana State University. Bradley is learning the fundamentals of safe and effective strength training and looks to have a very very bright future in both football and track and field.

Jamie is a 4 time state champion, and has recently accepted a scholarship to Arizona State 

Jill has 5 state champions and one Jr National title.  Jill has recently accepted a scholarship to Auburn University. 

Ashley is currently on a swimming scholarship at TCU. 

 

 

Eric Bergeron

Eric Bergeron attends Kingwood High School and plays Varsity Football.Eric gearing up for a set of 345 lb Deadlifts.  Eric was able to successfully complete this set for 5 reps after only training the lift for a few weeks.  After a summer at the Kingwood Strength & Conditioning Eric has gained 21 lbs of lean body mass, added 180 lbs to his deadlift, gained 150 lbs on his squat, and increased his bench press by 45 lbs. Outstanding work, Eric!

 

 

 

 

Jordan Andrepont

Jordan Andrepont attends Kingwood High School and plays Varsity Baseball.  Jordan has gained over 20 lbs of quality muscular bodyweight since joining our program.   Jordan wil be looking for a baseball scholarship in the fall of 2012.   In December of 2011, Jordan Deadlifted 350 lbs at a bodyweight of only 149! 

 

 

 

Cody Smoot (38) and Jared Lawson

Cody Smoot, along with his nephew, Jared Lawson, participate in one of the tougher workouts we do at Kingwood Strength & Conditioning.  Cody (38), a former football player at Texas A&M, was able to lose 35 lbs over a three month period by adhering to a quality nutritional program provided by our staff, as well as enduring workouts like this.  Jared (19), an All-State high school running back, received a football scholarship from Abilene Christian University, and is preparing himself to begin two a day workouts in the Fall

 

 

Aaron Cole

Aaron Cole is another standout swimmer at Kingwood Strength & Conditioning. Aaron is a former NCAA Division III champion at Dennison College. At age 33, Aaron is attempting to make a major comeback and qualify for the Olympic trials.

In addition to multiple swim practices each week, Aaron is working hard to build strength and power at Kingwood Strength & Conditioning. We’re both proud of Aaron’s squatting performance on this particular training day-315 for a set of 6. Aaron followed this up with 240 lbs for a set of 20.

 

 

M.J. Barczak

M.J. Barczak is currently a swimmer at Dennison College. M.J. is one of the top rated swimmers in Division III college swimming. M.J. moved to Kingwood for the summer to build strength and gain weight before his senior year. In just a little over 2 months, M.J. gained 15 solid pounds and took his 5 repetition squat max from 65 lbs to 205 lbs.”

 

 

 

 

Julia Stevens

Varsity Rowing at the University of Texas.   Julia was one of the strongest female athletes to train at Kingwood Strength & Conditioning.  To help power through the water, Julia build up to doing deadlifts with 215 lbs, and also a 235 lb back squat. 

 

 

 

 

 

Joel Rinehart

Pitcher for the Naval Academy.  Joel gained around 15 lbs of quality muscular bodyweight while training here in the summer of 2009.

Brandon Gauthier trains to develop strength and explosive power for MMA at Kingwood Strength & Conditioning.  Congrats to Brandon on winning his first amateur fight in stunning fashion!!
