Programming Consultations

Do you find yourself “program hopping” from one thing to the next?

This service is geared towards those who would like some professional help designing a customized personal strength and conditioning program.

This service can help novice, intermediate, or advanced trainees.  Programs can be designed for competitive athletics or regular joe’s who are looking to get stronger, leaner, and more fit.

Consultations are done for a flat fee of $150.  Includes detailed program design and unlimited email support once you receive your program. 

If you are in the Kingwood area then consultations can be done in person, otherwise, all programming consults are done via email.
