Jordan hoists an easy 350 lbs on the Deadlift. Since joining the gym, Jordan has gained 22 lbs of solid muscle!!
The Strength & Weight gain program is tailored to those who are looking to ADD quality muscular bodyweight and strength to their frame in a short period of time.
It is not uncommon for our trainees to gain 15-20 lbs within the 1st month and we have even had bodyweight increases of up to 40 lbs in less than 8 months.

This is a 2- 3 day per week program that focuses on getting stronger on the squat, deadlift, bench press, military press, and powerclean.
