I have been personal training with Andy at Kingwood Strength & Conditioning since early November 2011. My primary reason for seeking out a personal trainer was to lose some weight and be in better shape overall.
Since beginning my training, I have so much more energy and for the first time ever, have gained lots of lean muscle!
I lost 5 pounds of body fat in the first month by working with Andy approximately 3 times a week and following a diet he designed for me.
