There are three main areas of focus for a successful weight loss plan. 
- Nutrition – this is the easiest way to create a caloric deficit and control hormones such as insulin that encourage fat gain. If you can’t manage your diet, you won’t have success. We emphasize lean sources of protein, vegetables, and a little bit of fruit. Starch, sugar, and saturated fats are kept to a minimum. We will provide you with a more detailed nutrition plan that works with your specific needs and your schedule.
- Conditioning – frequent bouts of aerobic or anaerobic activity will help to burn extra calories, and raise the metabolic rate. There are lots of different activities to choose from. We will help choose the right method for you and help you plan out a weekly road map for your conditioning workouts
- Strength Training – raising the body’s resting metabolic rate is the surest way to lose fat and keep it off. The best way to raise that metabolic rate is to add lean muscle mass through a quality strength training program.
